Great value for this area. It's perfect place for sightseeing and exploring Redding. We loved the way our king room was.

Free Wi-Fi was available; the breakfast was good. It was next to Kutras Pond. We enjoyed our stay here.

The room was very small, we expected better. Our bed was hard.

We thoroughly enjoyed staff and location. We had coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge in the room. We would definitely go back, when we stay in Redding.

Location of this hotel was good for exploring turtle bay exploration park. It was in general a PLEASANT experience. We appreciated the restaurant, where we had our breakfasts. The possibility to swim in a pool.
